01Membership Eligibility

To register and use now32 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years on the registration date
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not a resident or citizen of a country that restricts or prohibits online gaming activities
• Is not currently on a self-exclusion list on any platform
• Registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party
• Has never had a now32 account previously closed due to fraud or terms violation

02Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account now32. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• The name on the account must match the name on your official identification document
• Your account password is your full responsibility — do not share it with anyone
• You are responsible for all activities that occur in your account
• Contact customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed

Now32 reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account while the verification process is underway. KYC is typically completed within 1–3 business days after all required documents have been submitted.

03Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

• Deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours depending on the selected payment method
• All withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit (Anti-Money Laundering)

• Now32 does not charge any processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals
• We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals for security review purposes where necessary

• Cashback promotions are calculated based on net losses within the specified period

05Game Rules & Integrity

Now32 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited by a third party, to ensure that every game outcome is fully random and cannot be manipulated.

• All games are conducted according to the rules established and displayed in each game room
• Game results recorded by now32 servers are final and binding
• In the event of a technical interruption during a game, the affected round will be voided and the wager refunded
• Wins resulting from a software bug are void and will not be paid out
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets
• Now32 reserves the right to void any suspicious game rounds in the interest of integrity

We encourage all players to play fairly and responsibly. Any form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), or techniques that manipulate the gaming system are strictly prohibited.

06Prohibited Conduct

To maintain safety and fairness for all members, now32 enforces a strict list of prohibited conduct. Violation of any of the following may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Making a deposit using a payment method that does not belong to you
• Uploading false or manipulated identity documents

08Account Suspension & Closure

You may close your now32 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid balance in your account will be returned after the verification process is complete.

• Account closure upon personal request is processed within 3–5 business days
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee
• Now32 reserves the right to suspend an account for security review or identity verification purposes
• Accounts closed due to a terms violation are not eligible for refunds of deposits or wins
• Members who close their account for responsible gaming reasons may apply for self-exclusion for a specified period

09Liability Limits

Now32 provides its services on an as-is basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates flawlessly at all times, there are certain limitations of liability you should be aware of:

• Now32 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions, device failures, or external factors beyond our control
• Now32's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total deposits made in the 30 days prior to the claim
